## How it works

- Documents live in vaults and buckets. Each document is public, company, or private.
- AI clients read and write those documents over the Model Context Protocol (MCP), with exactly the connected user's permissions.
- A changed decision supersedes the old document instead of sitting beside it, so search returns the current answer and the history stays browsable.
